The house offers very spacious accommodation over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms
which can sleep 9 people. There is oil-fired central heating throughout the
house and the windows are mostly double-glazed.
On the ground floor is the large sitting room (right) with two double sofas,
a granite fireplace and stereo system. The dining room has a large table, additional
sofas and wood burning stove. As you can see from the photo the lounge has a
traditional French "country style" and provides an ideal room to relax
in after a day out exploring the local countryside.
The sitting room and the games room have double doors between them which
can be closed to make two warm comfortable rooms, or opened out to make one
large area. The floors are ceramic with persian rugs and the rooms have beamed
ceilings.
The sitting room has a pine staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms and a shower
room. It has two sofas with an open hearth for a cosy log fire.
The dining room (left) also has a pine staircase which leads upstairs to bedrooms
and a shower room..

The kitchen is large with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher
and microwave. It leads out onto a large paved patio (right) which is an ideal
area for eating outdoors from morning til evening in the summer time.
There
is a large south-west facing garden (left) enclosed by a laurel hedge with views
over open countryside. The garden is safe for children to play in and has a
range of wooden garden furniture . The terrace and the nearby games room both
enjoy a sunny aspect and great sunsets.
